The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the sector.His key responsibilities will be:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on business development rather than upselling.Present and promote relevant technical solutions tailored to customer needs.Coordinate multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and expectation management.Travel as needed to visit clients and support business development activities.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales or account management within the ICT or telecommunications sector, who also meets the following criteria:
Solid understanding of ICT/IT solutions and technologies.Strong sales drive and ability to develop new business.Proven experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.Effective in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
