OverviewDescriptionYour opportunityWe are currently seeking a PR & Influencer Marketing Manager Maui Jim who will report to Senior PR Manager as part of our dynamic PR team in Milan.Manage and coordinate PR activities for the Maui Jim brandDefine and implement influencer marketing strategies in line with brand positioning, selecting profiles consistent with the brand’s values and monitoring the impact of collaborations in terms of awareness and engagementManage the relationship with talent agencies, managers and KOLs and ensure the development of the brand\'s Friend of the House communityCoordinate and supervise the activities of the influencer marketing agency, with particular focus on planning, analyzing results and optimizing themDevelop PR strategies consistent with the brand\'s values and positioning, identifying ad-hoc activities for different markets (e.g. social campaigns, dedicated events, collaborations with outdoor communities, etc.), promoting innovative ideas aligned with emerging trendsStrengthen the presence and relevance of the brand in the main media channels - both print and digital - with a focus on lifestyle, sport, wellness, travel and tourismEnsure that the product image is always represented in a manner consistent with the authentic, premium and performance DNA of the brandWorking closely with the Marketing, Communications, Social, Content, Retail Design and E-commerce teams to ensure strategic alignment between all activities and integrated brand communicationWork with PR agencies to support the brandCollaborate with the team for the development of all brand PR assets (press releases, pack shots, cookbooks)Collaborate in the organization of Press DaysConstantly share PR plans and results encouraging a continuous exchange of best practicesDefine and monitor the PR budget for the Brand, ensuring a strategic use of resourcesWho you areDegree in Marketing or CommunicationAt least 5 years of PR and influencer marketing experience, with proven results in community creationAn English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plusWith advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point, FGPS, DMRMandatory Proficiency in talents / KOLs managagementExtremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlinesA strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationshipEntrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skillsWhy work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
