Key Account Manager (KAM) – Hey Account Manager
Humangest Spa, a specialist in recruitment and selection for the logistics sector, is seeking a Key Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company. The role includes coordinating activities, ensuring quality, developing long‑term collaboration, and managing a small team of two service‑delivery resources.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication.
Understand clients’ operational dynamics and objectives to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
Coordinate with internal functions to deliver coherent and efficient logistics solutions.
Monitor service performance and intervene promptly to address any deviations or critical issues.
Provide a consultative, value‑oriented approach to strengthen client relations.
Support business development by identifying opportunities for service extensions.
Requirements
Degree in economics or business management (preferred).
Proven experience in customer‑management roles, preferably in logistics or structured environments.
Excellent communication and relational skills.
Analytical mindset with a solution orientation.
Result‑oriented, with ability to manage information and data.
Initiative, operational autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
Digital fluency and familiarity with management systems.
