OverviewWe are looking for a Legal Specialist who, reporting directly to the K-Way Head of Legal, will support and manage contract drafting and negotiation, ensure compliance and risk management, and advise internal stakeholders on legal matters across various staff functions.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredApproximately 2–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or a law firm specializing in commercial law.Strong expertise in contract law, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.Experience with agency, distribution, and/or commercial lease contracts is a plus.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.High-energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit.
