Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Juniper Systems Engineer
to support the integration and deployment of network monitoring and management solutions, with a focus on Juniper technologies, including Paragon. The role will also involve implementing open-source observability tools and integrating a MAC Address Registration Portal to enhance network visibility and user onboarding.

Responsibilities

Juniper Paragon Integration: Assist in the deployment and configuration of Juniper Paragon for network monitoring, telemetry, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with network architects and operations teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Open-Source Observability Tools: Evaluate, deploy, and maintain open-source tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for real-time network observability.
Develop dashboards and alerting mechanisms to support proactive network operations.
MAC Address Registration Portal Support: Integrate and support a MAC Address Registration Portal to streamline device onboarding and access control.
Work with development and security teams to ensure compliance with data protection and access policies.
Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts and automation workflows to support monitoring, reporting, and integration tasks.
Maintain documentation and version control for all automation assets.
Collaboration & Support: Provide technical support to internal teams during deployment and troubleshooting phases.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Juniper networking products, especially Paragon.
Familiarity with open-source observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Experience with network access control and MAC address registration workflows.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Understanding of network protocols, telemetry, and SNMP.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

Juniper certifications (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS).
Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques.
Exposure to enterprise network environments in hospitality or retail sectors.
