He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design.Context and Purpose of the jobAs a Junior UX Designer, you will join the Business Intelligence & CRO Management team, contributing to the UX process with a continuous improvement approach, iterating through analysis – design – testing loops.Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help translate business and brand requirements into effective, intuitive, and engaging design solutions that elevate the user experience.ResponsibilitiesConduct research, benchmarks, and heuristic evaluations to transform conceptual ideas into actionable design requirements and solutionsAnalyze user needs and behaviors to improve overall experience, including A/B testing activitiesSupport in defining the Conversion Optimization Roadmap, based on priorities and data-driven analysisTranslate research findings into clear, prioritized recommendations that validate hypotheses and align with user needsMonitor feature performance and prepare reports to measure the impact of UX strategies and initiativesIdentify potential usability issues and propose consistent, user-focused solutionsCreate customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasDescrizione profilo:RequirementsAcademic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Communication, or other related disciplines1–2 years of working experience in UX design or related fieldsGood knowledge of UX analysis and research methodologiesFamiliarity with tools such as Contentsquare and AB Tasty is a plusAwareness of current design trends and industry best practicesEagerness to explore new design tools and continuously improve processesStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive learning mindsetKnowledge of e-commerce dynamics is considered a plus.We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
