We are recruiting a professional to join our Transfer Pricing team in Padua, who will perform international tax analyses to establish the transfer prices of goods, services and financial transactions between companies in the same industrial or financial group, in order to determine the proper tax base in each tax jurisdiction in which the group operates.
Specifically, the successful candidate will be tasked with:
Structuring and performing compliance analyses with Italian tax legislation and the OECD guidelines, under the supervision of more senior consultants.
Analysing the value chain of groups by interviewing management.
Analysing financial statements and intragroup contracts.
Performance of benchmarking analysis.
Drafting of transfer pricing documentation under the supervision of more senior consultants.
Developing their theoretical knowledge of the international tax matters that could be the subject of specific research.
Come As YouAre - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
0 to 2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing.
Master’s degree in business (LM-56 and LM-77) or Law (LMG-01).
Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Flexible and dynamic approach.
A post-graduate specialisation in Tax Law would be a definite plus.
