Originally focusing on refrigerated cargo trade, our client has expanded its ship owning and ship management activities into various trades, with offices in Groningen, Vado (Italy), and Breda. This company emphasizes the improvement of people, procedures, and technical standards.The positionYou will be part of the Technical Department, working in a fleet team managing daily activities for our vessels. After approximately four months of familiarization, you will be responsible for one to two vessels and report to your Fleet Team Manager, who will coach and supervise you.As a Junior Technical Superintendent, your responsibilities include ensuring vessels operate safely, economically, and efficiently according to company standards. You will prepare budgets and maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs and dry-dockings, monitor budgets, and assist onboard management remotely.
