Oversee the entireidentity and access management (IAM)across various platforms, in line with the company’s IAM policies. Monitor and manageIT assetsand Remote Resource Management (RRM) tools. Apply IT policies related toaccess control and security.Providesupport to users for software, hardware, and access issues. Collaborate onand contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Coordinate withMSP partnersto manage both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.What We’re Looking For :1 to 3 years of experience in IT roles such asSystem AdministratorIT Support Specialist.Good knowledge ofWindows (desktop / server)macOSoperating systems. Familiarity withMicrosoft Active Directory,Exchange,DNS, andDHCP.Practical experience withMicrosoft 365SharePoint Online.Basic networking knowledge (VLAN, WLAN, 802.1x protocol). Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.Nice to Have : Experience withFortinetsystems (firewall, VPN, etc.).
