JUNIOR SVILUPPO PROGETTI IMMOBILIARI FOOD (IT)Enilive, a company committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 through innovative technological solutions, is seeking a Junior Sviluppo Progetti Immobiliari Food .In this role, you will be part of the Sviluppo Progetti Food team, responsible for developing and executing new real estate projects, coordinating with business functions through all project phases, including design, procurement, execution, and monitoring.Main ActivitiesContribute to sharing interventions with business units, conduct site inspections, and support site selection for future development and investment.Assist in defining procurement requirements for equipment, furnishings, works, installations, and materials.Support the organization and scheduling of assigned projects in coordination with business stakeholders and implementation managers.Manage feasibility studies, project development, cost estimation, and timing with contracted professionals.Ensure project compliance with current regulations and company technical standards.Gather, coordinate, and analyze feedback from suppliers.Monitor project progress through indicators and regular reports, ensuring timely and updated management reports.Compare estimated and actual costs, analyzing deviations and providing justifications.Required CharacteristicsMaster's degree in Engineering, preferably civil, building, mechanical, or electrical.Up to 3 years of work experience.Good knowledge of English language.Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.Additional SkillsKnowledge of design, management, and visualization software (AutoCAD, SAP, Office suite, etc.).LocationRomeFlexible working options are promoted, including smart working and flexible hours to support work-life balance.We OfferPermanent or apprenticeship contract based on experience, aligned with the Energy and Petroleum / Chemical national collective labor agreement.Reward system, benefits, and welfare initiatives.
