Support Logistics Specialist
Adecco Italia SPA is recruiting a Support Logistics Specialist for a leading beauty sector client.
The role focuses on supporting logistic activities, ensuring accurate warehouse load checks, verifying goods entry and managing anomalies with suppliers and logistics partners. The specialist will collaborate with the warehouse team, suppliers, 3PL and couriers to maintain efficient and correct log flows, resolving national shipment issues to store networks.

Daily verification of warehouse loads and goods entry quadrature.
Operational support to the warehouse in managing discrepancies between orders and receipts.
Interface with suppliers and 3PL to resolve document and operational anomalies.
Monitoring and handling issues related to national shipments to store network.
Collaboration with shippers and couriers to verify and resolve transport anomalies.
Support in preparing logistic reporting and operational KPIs.
Contribution to process optimization and reduction of non-conformities.


Diploma or degree in logistics, economic or management fields.
Preferred brief experience in operational logistics or supply chain roles.
Knowledge of inbound/outbound flows and warehouse processes.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Good knowledge of main IT tools (Excel, ERP, WMS).
Excellent communication and relational skills.
Good knowledge of English language.

Contract initially 1 month, IV level of CCNL Terziario, Distribution and Services.
Full‑time, location Marzano (PV).
