This role is critical in ensuring efficient merchandise flow across all sales channels, including stores, partner networks, and internal warehouses.The Role :The Junior Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for managing and monitoring merchandise flows to ensure effective stock replenishment across all sales channels. This includes monitoring inventory levels, identifying products that need restocking or those in overstock, and providing first-level support for operational issues related to special cases or shipments.Key Responsibilities :Monitor and control the flow of merchandise to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock across all sales channels, including stores, partner networks, and internal warehouses.Track inventory levels and highlight products requiring restocking or those with overstock to maintain optimal inventory levels.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.Provide first-level support to other departments regarding operational issues, special cases, and shipment inquiries.Analyze sales and inventory data using Excel.Utilize ERP systems to manage and track inventory movements and ensure data accuracy.Develop and maintain reports on inventory performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align on supply chain strategies and goals.Qualifications :1-2yrs experience in a supply chain planning role, preferably within the retail industry.Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.What we offerCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package such as meal vouchers and flexible working hoursOpportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.The contract level and salary will be aligned with the candidate's experience.SENT Group is an equal opportunity employer.
