You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate major events, and represent the brand with internal and external stakeholders.Your ImpactDrive the commercial success of the IDEAL combine harvester across the EME region in alignment with Fendt’s strategic goalsDevelop and manage targeted sales campaigns and support digital sales funnel execution with regional teamsAnalyze customer satisfaction data, identify key issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer experiencePlan, organize, and execute regional harvesting events, including product launches, fairs, and dealer eventsManage key accounts and represent Fendt in all IDEAL-related matters with internal and external stakeholdersYour Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, agriculture, ag-machinery or a related field (or an equivalent qualification)At least 5 years of professional experience in agricultural engineering with strong product knowledgeStrong communication skills and assertivenessHigh willingness to travel and fluency in English necessary.
