A leading International Pet Food Manufacturer with a facility in Marzano (Pavia, Italy), producing ultra-premium pet food and innovative veterinary diets, is urgently seeking a candidate for Position Junior Scientific Communications Specialist. Immediate employment is required.
Context
The ideal candidate has a Master's or higher degree in animal nutrition and at least 1 year of experience in the communication field.
Skills

Science Background (minimum bachelor degree): veterinary medicine (DVM), animal production (SPA), animal breeding and welfare (AABA) or related fields.
Interest in animal nutrition
Min. 1 year of previous work experience in scientific communication is preferred but not mandatory
Fluent English
Excel
Responsible for establishing and maintaining Publication Strategies
Accuracy, Attention to details
Reading comprehension skills, analytic approach
Self-organization and time management skills
Sense of responsibility
Great communication and people skills; team working

Key responsibilities

Labelling control on all company communication means (labels, claims, icons, blogs, social media posts, brochures, marketing material, etc.)
Development of technical informational material in collaboration with the Marketing department
Development of new products based on market needs
Participation in fairs and events as technical-scientific support
Management of technical questions from the market
R&D activities (contact with universities, managing product shipments, managing customer trials, etc.)
