Paolo Sergi, VP, Pulp Sales, EMEIAWhat you will doYou will initially be spending time with the Customer Service and Supply Chain organisation to understand our value / supply chains, as well as with the Market Intelligence organisation to lay a foundation for a solid market understanding.Your mains tasks areDevelop and plan sales, activities and campaigns for an assigned geography, market segment or customersPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clientsMonitor sales volume, revenues, payments, credit risks and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and suggest solutionsDevelop relationships and build trust with customers to successfully negotiate sales with existing and potential customers for our mutual benefitCollaborate with internal partners (customer service, supply chain, production, corporate functions etc) to ensure customer commitments are metManage and develop relationships with traders to ensure fulfillment of agreed standards of serviceContribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer informationCreate customer satisfaction by exhibiting a drive to exceed customer expectationsEngage in new business development to include lead generation, qualification, and development, resulting in new sales for UPMWho you areYou have university degree and 3 / 5 years of relevant experienceYou have a broad knowledge of industrial market (B2B), product and services, sustainability and sales processes (experience in pulp and paper or FMCG is a benefit)You speak English, Turkish or Arabic language is a benefitYou have knowledge on Microsoft Office tools and experience in using SAP, Oracle and SalesforceYou have wide availability for travel domestic and abroadThis is what we offer to youA meaningful job – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
