Job Responsibilities

Supporting colleagues by developing business relations and scouting required profiles.
Creating new business opportunities through active research and cold calling to expand the customer base.
Managing and developing both new and existing business relationships.
Supporting negotiation and contract definition.
Active recruiting of profiles across various channels, including CV collection, screening, and evaluation according to requests.
Data entry and updates within our internal database.

Candidate Profile

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with interlocutors at various levels, both in person and via telephone.
Proficiency in English (C1 - C2); knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Strong motivation and results-oriented mindset.
Minimal experience in sales, commercial fields, or customer service.
