OverviewRole: Junior Sales & Marketing specialist Italy at The Kingfish Company. Mission to give the world premium sustainable seafood through innovative farming methods. As part of the Marketing Coordinator role, you will help build the Dutch Yellowtail brand and raise the bar in aquaculture marketing in the Italian market.Key ObjectivesOrganize and coordinate marketing initiatives and events with key stakeholders, providing ongoing support to both the central Marketing Team and the Italian Sales Team. The ultimate goal is to boost sales of TKC Ricciola in the HoReCa channel and strengthen brand awareness in Italy.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing events across Italy, in line with the annual marketing plan and budget.Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) and external partners (Distributors, Associations, Clients).Oversee preparation and logistics to ensure flawless execution.Expected frequency: minimum 1 event per month.Taste to Lead – AI Gibbs Project ActivationLead the field execution of the \"Taste to Lead\" project to expand TKC Ricciola’s footprint in Italy through a data-driven, structured commercial approach.Identify high-potential end-users (premium restaurants), stimulate menu adoption and brand visibility, support first orders and drive product rotation.Activities include coordinating sample deliveries, engaging with distributors, collecting feedback, and reporting insights to refine strategy.Operate independently or with local partners, ensuring full alignment with HQ and Sales objectives.Chef’s Tables & Tasting EventsFull responsibility for organizing chef’s tables and tasting occasions: scouting venues, coordinating logistics, inviting participants, and managing on-site execution.Source support staff and partners as needed, ensuring smooth event delivery.Collect feedback and follow up to track sales conversion.Ability to independently organize and run chef’s tables with strong commercial acumen to turn experiences into sales opportunities.Marketing Team SupportSupport the central Marketing Team in digital campaigns, media partnerships, content coordination, and brand collaborations.Manage paid partnerships and collaborations; chef and influencer relations; content production and localization for the Italian market with support of the central Marketing Team.Commercial & Brand Advocacy: act as an ambassador of TKC Ricciola, with the goal of boosting HoReCa sales of whole fish and large formats.Build and nurture relationships with high-end chefs and opinion leaders in the food industry.Demonstrate a strong passion for food and gastronomy; leverage personal network and knowledge of the Italian culinary scene as a plus.Candidate ProfileBased anywhere in Italy; willingness to travel frequently.Proactive and independent with experience in marketing (preferably in food & beverage or hospitality).Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.Capable of working autonomously while staying aligned with international teams.Willingness and availability to travel extensively across Italy; driving license required.Native or equivalent Italian; fluent English.Commercial mindset with the ability to turn marketing activities into sales impact.Genuine passion for food and gastronomy; comfortable engaging with high-level chefs.Existing network in the HoReCa industry is a plus.Job DetailsJob type: Not specifiedFunction: Vendite e Business DevelopmentIndustry: Servizi per la ristorazioneNote: The description includes additional postings and references; they have been omitted to maintain a focused job-specific outline.
