JUNIOR RISK PREVENTION ENGINEER
Job Purpose / Role
Reporting to the Risk Prevention Engineering Team, you will be in charge of developing and executing the risk prevention strategy for the Corporate Client and Constructions risks into the Italian market. With strong ties to the Group, you will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Mid Corporate growth and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring risk visits and providing Allianz group standard reporting on both risk assessment as well as risk improvement.
Implementing consistently the Risk Assessment Review Criteria plan.
Proactively liaising with underwriting areas to support underwriting activities and a comprehensive risk understanding.
Ensuring engineering consistency, discipline and adherence to all corporate guidelines, including Rules and Principles, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework.
Proactively supporting the underwriting unit to develop and implement new and / or modified products.
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience
Master’s degree in industrial, Civil, Construction or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum expertise in risk assessment, both corporate and construction, for property, risk engineering and liability business
Communication skills
Able to work in an international organization
Data analytics
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Very good knowledge in Office 365 and other collaborative tool
