Position: Junior Project Manager at Air Liquide

Large Industries: provides technical gases and related products with high added value for large industrial customers, using specific delivery systems (pipelines).
Industrial Merchant: develops the production and sale of liquids and conditioned gases and manages on‑site production and services for industrial customers.
Electronics: serves the high‑purity gas market for the semiconductor industry.

How we will grow together
We are looking for a motivated, recent graduate to join our Medium Project Team SWE (South West Europe) based in Milan as a Junior Project Manager.
The mission of this role is to support the end‑to‑end execution and management of new installation and revamping projects at existing production sites, ensuring delivery within time, cost and quality standards. You will work in a dynamic environment, interacting frequently with specialists and international teams.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage plant projects, ensuring objectives of time, cost and quality are met.
Actively manage relationships and communication with final clients where installations occur.
Maintain continuous alignment and handle relations with internal commercial and technical teams.
Collaborate with colleagues and international specialists to resolve technical and managerial issues.
Coordinate installation and commissioning activities on site, supported by the Senior PM.
Assist in preparing project documentation required for execution and closure.
Monitor physical and financial progress, identifying potential deviations.
Participate actively in project coordination meetings, both internal and external.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical).
Short professional experiences, internships or training in similar roles or project management contexts are a plus.
Excellent English language skills (necessary for interaction with international specialists).
Strong ability to work effectively in teams and to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
