Your responsibilities will include:Managing project streams independently within the "Be Amazing" digital transformation program. Supporting process design and proposing coherent and innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle;Developing and implementing Proof of Concept (POC) in line with the model, defining timelines and KPIs;Supervising POC scale-ups, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met;Promoting a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation with new methodologies, and implementing continuous improvement strategies by optimizing existing processes, products, and services;Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, especially PMO, Demand, IT, and Marketing, to ensure solutions are aligned with corporate strategies and market needs.Required Skills:2-3 years experience in Project Management and Solution Design, preferably in strategic consulting related to digital transformation projects;Good knowledge of English;Knowledge of Agile methodologies and OKRs (nice-to-have);Excellent analytical skills and ability to prepare documents and analyses for top management.Soft Skills:Innovation-oriented, passionate about ICT, especially new technologies and digital transformation;Precision, reliability, customer focus, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit;Ability to interact in complex, technologically advanced environments;Dynamic, proactive, and creative mindset.If you see yourself in these skills, great!
