Responsibilities

Support R&D projects from concept to launch.
Work closely with global teams and top suppliers.
Participate in testing, validation, and certification.
Contribute to innovation and improve product performance.
Keep stakeholders updated and contribute to strategy.

Qualifications

Master's degree Mechanical Engineering.
1-2 years of experience in R&D project management.
Good coordination skills with cross-functional and international teams.
Knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, is a preference.
Fluency in English.
Solid planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
