Full-time (38 hrs/week).What You Will DoAs a Junior Project Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:Support the development and implementation of engineering solutions to enhance laboratories and to create new test facilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to elaborate project requirements and objectivesParticipate in the planning and execution of CAPEX projects related to laboratory developmentSupport the assessment of current laboratory facilities and identify areas for improvementConduct feasibility analysis to support decision-making processesProvide technical advice to the laboratory and maintenance teams for specific subjectsAs a Junior Project Engineer, you will support the Test Facilities Development function, enhancing laboratories, creating new test facilities, and contributing to the continuous innovation and growth of the company.You will play a crucial part in identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing engineering solutions, and ensuring our test facilities meet high standards of performance, with a focus on electrical equipment for the energy sector.You are part of a collaborative team with an open, informal work atmosphere.What You BringKnowledge & ExperienceMaster's degree in Electrical EngineeringEnglish language proficiencyPrevious experience or internships in a similar role is a plusMS Office packageAutoCAD software is a plusBasic knowledge of Matlab (or similar) and Electromagnetic Transients Simulation Software (e.g., ATP, PSpice)Skills and CompetencesAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and teamwork skillsWhat You GetCESI S.p.A. offers opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment within the energy transition space.
