Job Purpose
The Junior Product Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping the jewellery production chain running smoothly, ensuring a seamless flow of product from suppliers through to point of sale.
Key Responsibilities

Planning:

Monitoring finished goods stock levels.
Entering purchase orders into the system.
Planning and releasing orders to suppliers.


Logistics:

Managing orders, returns, and repairs.
Monitoring purchase order status, shipments, and inventory.


Production:

Preparing product technical sheets and bills of materials.
Updating and maintaining product databases.
Calculating component and semi-finished product requirements for production.
Monitoring stock levels and planning replenishment orders.


Customer Support:

Implementing guidelines and procedures for repairs.
Feasibility checks for repair interventions and special requests.
Managing and processing special orders.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

Direct interaction with the Impex office for the supply chain of components and semi-finished goods.
Active involvement with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to prevent and resolve operational issues.



About You
The ideal candidate holds a technical/scientific educational background, has strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and demonstrates a natural inclination for learning.
Required

Good written and spoken English.
Work experience within product-based companies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Knowledge of 3D design software.
Passion for production processes.
