OverviewPrevinet S.p.A. is a leading company in the outsourcing industry, providing services (administration and IT solutions) to pension funds and to the insurance and finance sector.ResponsibilitiesSupervising the administrative tasks of the assigned clientsManaging the member pension accounts, monitoring the flow of incoming contributions, instructing investment and disinvestment ordersPublishing updates and information in the web-portals (hosted in-house), drafting member communications, producing regulatory reporting, liaising with a wide set of qualified stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor degree in Economics (at least three years) or similarA fluent English level is mandatory (excellent written and spoken), a knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantageKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Previous experience in similar fields is ideal, but not mandatoryPreferred skillsaccuracy, flexibility, ability to plan and meet deadlinesWhat we offerFixed-term contract of 6 or 12 months with the prospect of permanent placementE-learning and on-the-job trainingCompany restaurant or Ticket Restaurant cardHour flexibility from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 38-hour work weekCorporate Benefits
