We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Assistant to support our team in Milan in producing corporate events. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events by coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and assisting with various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in planning and executing event logistics, including transportation, equipment rentals, and venue setup.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain an organized inventory of event materials and supplies, ensuring all items are accounted for.
Support on-site event management, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting as needed.
Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
Collaborate with the creative team, leveraging knowledge of graphic design and 3D animation software to enhance event presentations and materials.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
