OverviewJoin to apply for the Junior Key Account Manager role at MOWI Central EuropeMowi Central Europe is part of the Mowi Group, one of the world’s largest producers of Atlantic salmon. As a leading global seafood company, Mowi Central Europe operates across several countries including Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Turkey, and Italy. We are currently strengthening our retail operations in Italy and looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to support our growth and expand our brand presence across the country.ResponsibilitiesManage weekly offers and price negotiations;Plan and coordinate with production sites (Norway, Scotland, Ireland, Iceland and Faroe Islands) in order to ensure a stable offer and meet customer requests;Provide customer support to ensure a good service level for the customer;Monitor market conditions;Follow sales strategies focusing on price, ensuring the most convenient margin and offering the best possible service to the customer.QualificationsDegree, preferably in Economics;2/3 years of experience working in dynamic contexts;Excellent communication and negotiation attitude;Ability to respond proactively to new needs, priorities and challenges to achieve the best result;Precision and accuracy;Flexibility, dynamism and ability to work independently and in a team;Previous experience and knowledge of the salmon farming and fish products industry are considered a plus;Availability to travel.BenefitsA key role in shaping Mowi’s retail footprint in Italy.Competitive employment conditions and comprehensive benefits.Opportunities for both professional and personal development.A dynamic and supportive work environment where your ideas matter.Location: Metropolitan City of Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
