ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain detailed discounted cash flow (DCF) and financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, developments and portfolio strategies;Support Directors and Associate Directors in the underwriting analysis of institutional level real estate transactions (including deal screening, financial analysis and scenario testing);Support senior members in investment memoranda preparation, pitch books and presentations, clearly articulating value drivers, risks and sensitivities for investment opportunities;Monitor market trends, macro‑economic data and capital‑markets activity to identify new investment opportunities and provide up‑to‑date benchmarking;
