We champion an entrepreneurial culture to unlock full our potential by bringing energy to the world.Partner with the bestResponsibilitiesAs Junior Instrumentation & Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:Electrical machines scope analysis, definition, and technical documentation management, including Electric Motors, VFD, LV and MV Switchgears and TrafosInstrumentation selection for machine monitoring and protection; design and management of the relevant technical documentation as required (Machinery DS, wiring diagram, P&ID etc.).Controlling and Monitoring system architecture design and configuration definition, with relevant control logistics and wiring schematicsCreating of purchase specifications and Technical alignment with vendor and customersRespecting project documentation deliverable, On Time Delivery & First Time Yield for Drawings and DocumentationCodes and standards compliance of the designCollaborating with small team of outsourced designers/draftersAttending internal and customer meetings including Kick Off, Hazop and SIL, PIM and testing sessionsManaging with customers and suppliers of any technical issues rising during the project developmentProvide technical support to sales teamManage / Lead RCA, NCA, Lesson Learnt, Field Issues and product non-conformityTo be successful in this role you willHave a Masters' degree in Electrical/Electronic/Energetic Engineering or equivalentEmerging experience in Power Electronics, Electrical Machines Design & Operations, Instrumentation and Control Systems with a solid background in Electrical Systems Engineering / Integration / ValidationFamiliarity with design, test and analysis tools and systemsFluency in Italian and English is essential with good Verbal and Written Communication skillsDesired requirementsGood knowledge of Autocad, Teamcenter and Oracle interfaces, Hysys (Process Simulation Software)Ability to work in a global and matrix environment; Be confident and speak with authority in the network of experts and in project teamsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills, effective team building and problem solving abilitiesAccountable for EHS performanceWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
