Location: offices in Zola Predosa (Bologna), Italy – free shuttle bus from Bologna city centre available for all employees.
Reporting into: Senior HR Business Partner – Commercial, Tech & Corporate Functions.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Workplace Type: Hybrid.
Potential Start Date: January 2026.
Responsibilities

Support the Senior HR Business Partner in managing operational HR topics across the assigned business unit.
Advise, coach and provide first‑line support to line managers for the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring effective and consistent staff management.
Provide an advisory service to employees on all HR matters.
Process and maintain organization and associate updates in internal tools and systems.
Assist with the employee life‑cycle processes such as onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off‑boarding.
Support the year‑end process, advising managers on meritocracy, performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus planning.
Support the recruitment team in hiring processes across the assigned business unit.
Contribute to the development and improvement of local HR processes, systems and procedures.
Analyze Human Resources key metrics and use data for process improvements.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience in an HR Generalist role (or equivalent) within a fast‑paced, diversified environment, preferably in CRM units or digital industries.
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and advise management on operational HR activities.
Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables) and MS Office.
Workday knowledge (nice to have) and CCNL Commercio (strong plus).
Professional approach, discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Strong knowledge of English (at least B2, written and verbal).
Personal accountability, initiative and problem‑solving attitude.
Results‑orientation, time‑management and strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
