We are committed to sustainable chemistry worldwide.We are seeking an analytical candidate to join our Treasury team with a focus on credit management.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily bank statement reconciliation on behalf of Italian headquarters and some foreign subsidiaries.Origination of payments according to forecast (wires, F24).Support in monthly closing activities.Monitoring of financial conditions applied by banks and factoring.Active cash collection from customers located worldwide : resolve past due issues and credit issues, review aging reports, and follow up on outstanding balances.Liaising with Customer Service and Sales team to address customer issues affecting payments.Trade finance activities (letters of credit, cash against documents).RequirementsDegree in Finance or Accounting.Experience in treasury or accounting role.Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.SAP knowledge.A working knowledge of accounts receivable-related accounting concepts.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in customer contact.Good organization, data analysis, coordination, problem-solving skills, and objectivity.Ability to learn quickly and work independently.What We OfferWe provide opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, international environment.The position is based at our Genoa Headquarters.We are an equal opportunity employer and committed to fair and equal treatment of all applicants.
