Her/His duties will include conducting detailed financial analyses, participating in budgeting and forecasting, and providing insights that will inform strategic decisions. She/He will work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and contribute to long term financial planning.ResponsibilitiesForecasting & BudgetingAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for MEA commercial operationsSupport the annual budgeting process, collaborating with commercial teams to gather inputs and validate assumptionsMaintain and update financial models to reflect changing business dynamicsCoordinate and compile weekly Sales and Orders Flash reports and load in OneStreamAnalyze variances vs. forecast and prior periods, providing commentary and actionable insightsEnsure timely and accurate data submission across MEA marketsPerformance AnalysisHelp prepare dashboards and visualizations using Power BISystem & Process SupportUtilize OneStream for financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysisEnsure data integrity and consistency across systemsSupport process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&AStakeholder CollaborationSupport MEA FP&A Manager partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business driversAssist Senior FP&A Analyst in preparing presentations for leadership reviewsRequired QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomesKnowledge of financial software and systems, such as Excel, Power BI, OneStream (optional)Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.Fluency in EnglishCONTRACT: PermanentBENEFIT: Company canteen and company bonusJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
