Junior Field Sales Representative Bergamo-Brescia
Barilla is looking for a Junior Field Sales Representative in Bergamo-Brescia to join our commercial team across Italy. This role is a fixed‑term contract starting February 2026.
Summary
Responsible for growing retail store sales, managing customer relationships at store level, and ensuring the execution of in‑store promotional plans.
Key Responsibilities

Land the field sales strategy in store, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, both volumes and net sales for assigned sales points in the assigned area.
Guarantee optimal execution of in‑store promotional plans, sales activities, and new product launches according to Barilla In‑Store blueprint.
Ensure in‑store presence of the Barilla product portfolio and optimal shelf allocation.
Strengthen existing customer relationships, understanding shoppers’ needs, presenting new products, and providing insights to the sales leadership team.

Requirements

Degree in Economics, Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics for Business, or related field.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech‑savvy with a business mindset, passion for trends and market evolution.
Proactive and determined, capable of working independently to reach targets.
B driving licence (minimum 36 months).
Previous experience in trade and sales is a plus (1‑2 years).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
