Responsibilities

Organize and take charge of company‑wide events and team‑building activities (from brainstorming to research, logistics, and on‑site inspections).
Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including organizing events for Spooners and their families.
Act as the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for our on‑site and remote Spooners.
Provide support to new Spooners with relocation and during their onboarding.

Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems by thinking from first principles, structuring ideas sharply, resisting bias, and attending to the details that matter.
Drive. You’re extremely ambitious, proactive, and responsible. You hold yourself to a high and rising bar.

Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.

The selection process
If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews. We set a high bar and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. A job may stay open for months or be reposted several times.
