We are looking for a Junior ESG Solution Consultant who will work in our Team Financial Service Global Solution following Sustainability & ESG engagements. You will be working on regulatory reporting area and create highvalue solution for clients. You will be working at the forefront of innovation and cooperate with wellknown clients as well as partners and will be working in a team with talented and passionate CCH Tagetik Consultants on achieving shared goals. The team is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the CCH Tagetik ESG Solution to our Enterprise customers.You will :Support to configuring building setting up all features and functions for solution to satisfy regulation requirementsDocument all relevant solution information features key points and perform quality assuranceCollect all feedbacks and classify based on importance / urgencyPerform analysis on solution and identify areas that may indicate compliance risksWork with compliance legal and business intelligence (BI) leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirementsMaintain an understanding of client business goals and challenges and act as client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and metEncourage client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik solutions.You have :Bachelors Degree in Economics or STEMGood technology knowledge and business acumenGood analytical and problemsolving skillsOutstanding serviceorientation and strong interpersonal skillsConfident communication style with strong presentation skillsFluency in Italian and English (at least B2 level is required).Nice to have :Knowledge of software analysis techniques and definition of functional specificationsConfidence in extracting manipulating and analyzing business data for regulatory reporting and building configuration optionsKnowledge of ESG (Environmental Social Governance) data managementKnowledge of working with programming language SQL .What do we offer you at CCH Tagetik part of Wolters KluwerFlexible working hours where you can start between 8 : 00 and 10 : 00 and flexible working policy 2 days in the office 3 days from home)English classes and full access to Elearning platformsContinuous training plans provided through inperson courses certifications trainingonthejob webinarsPerformance plans where we would like to determine which career path you prefer to follow.
