Your ResponsibilitiesPlan, test, and implement cutting-edge assembly technologies and intra-facility transport systems.Develop scalable automation and packaging concepts in collaboration with process engineers, product developers, and operations.Translate product and process requirements into technical equipment specifications.Draft requirement documents and feasibility studies, including risk assessments and ROI analyses.Drive standardization of equipment concepts across product families and production sites.Monitor equipment performance and initiate upgrades or process optimization initiatives.Align with stakeholders including production, quality, IT, maintenance, and external vendors.Ensure comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, and risk assessments.Your Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.1-2 years of professional experience in equipment engineering, automation, or process development within a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (including 8D, process acceptance, statistical process control).Basic knowledge of improvement management (e.g., 5S, 7 types of waste, PDCA).Basic knowledge of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is advantageous.Experience in equipment specification, procurement, and supplier management.Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., CE marking, Machinery Directive, ISO 12100).Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is advantageous.Our CommitmentInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team.High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility.Opportunities for advancement in a growing company.A wide range of further training opportunities.Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay.Additional company benefits.Why Alpitronic?Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility with cutting-edge technology.
