Select how often (in days) to receive an alert :Junior Cost ControllerCity : GenovaLocation : Genova, IT, 16128Contract Type : PermanentDivision : Global Planning & ControlLevel of experience : JuniorRINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Cost Controller to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Planning & Control Division.MissionIn this role, you will contribute to the Group’s financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring processes.Key AccountabilitiesSupport in the delivery of financial information, analysis, and forecasts to support continuous improvement of business performance.Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.Support and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports that compare actual results with forecasts.Support and preparation of the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and implementation.Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyze causes of unexpected results.EducationBachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance ManagementQualifications1-2 years of experience in cost controlling, budgeting, finance, or a related role.Basic understanding of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis).Ability to work with large datasets and perform cost variance analysis.Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.RINA is a multinational company providing services in energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
