About the role
The Analyst Accounting Operations role will play a critical role in managing the financial recognition and reporting operations of CCM (a SITA Company).
Location: Truccazzano
What you will do

Support systematic invoice processing and assist with revenue reconciliation on active projects.
Cost Recognition : Predict cost occurrence patterns and ensure timely recognition and allocation to projects, establishing robust frameworks for cost tracking and analysis
Help implement and follow up on cash collection procedures.
Contribute to basic financial reporting and assist with data analysis.
Provide financial support to internal teams and collaborate across departments.
Assist the CFO with administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare simple control reports and share them with management as needed.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in financial / accounting roles in manufacturing companies.
Bachelor degree in financial / accounting fields
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Proficient in English and Italian C1 level or higher in both languages
