Within the Group CFO function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Control Unit, focused on Country Germany.Key responsibilities of the role will include the support in:the main activities related to the collection and analysis of monthly, actuals and forecast/plan data, IFRS17 basedthe data collection of monthly and quarterly KPIs using Excel/Tagetik toolsthe collection of main IFRS17 KPI’s for the German perimeter (forecast and plan) through several tools (Excel, Tagetik, SAC)the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, mostly focusing on Country Germany financials, evaluating also the relevant impacts on Group Resultsthe aggregation/reporting and the target setting/target assessment activities with regard to German perimeter, evaluating also the implications on Group Results/main KPIsthe frequent interactions with local controlling in Country GermanyRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or any quantitative disciplinePrevious experience (also internship) in management control or accountingGood knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/BI toolsGood analytical skillsCurious and proactive attitude open to changesGood communication skills and teamworkTo be considered a plus:Knowledge of IFRS17 and IFRS9 principles and knowledge of Tagetik/SACCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
