We are seeking a Junior Controller to join a historic manufacturing company that is part of a multinational group.

Responsibilities:

Support in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the parent company
Update company KPIs and collect data to monitor performance
Assist with periodic management closures
Participate in variance analysis between actual data, budget, and forecast
Produce internal reports and statistics

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
Interest in management control and motivation to learn
Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Precision, curiosity, initiative, and teamwork skills
English language proficiency (at least B1 level)
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, is a plus
