Responsibilities

Identify emerging trends, then conceptualize and craft bold content that captures the audience’s attention. Own every step of the process—from brainstorming and planning to collaborating with stakeholders, publishing, and analysing performance—to ensure each piece performs impeccably.
Leverage data to track performance, monitor competitors, and uncover actionable insights. Continuously refine strategies to maximise impact and drive growth.
Partner with creatives to ensure high‑quality execution of media requests. Prioritise initiatives with the greatest potential, and keep the team focused on delivering exceptional results.
Play a crucial role in marketing efforts by mastering campaign management and creative analysis. Drive testing, learning and scaling initiatives that are essential to achieving continuous growth for our team and products.

The Selection Process

It’s the best way to rapidly absorb our company culture and build trust with new teammates. We’ll support you with generous travel and accommodation assistance. After that, you can work from our offices in Milan or London, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
