If you are curious, motivated, and eager to grow, we’d welcome you to our Colors & Materials Team in Italy.Your RoleAs a Junior Color Specialist, you’ll support the development of color and material proposals for our eyewear collections. You’ll contribute to the creative process by researching trends, organizing materials, and collaborating with different teams to bring innovative ideas to life.ResponsibilitiesSupport the research of global color and material trendsAssist in developing new color concepts based on brand guidelines and market insightsCollaborate with Design, Technical, and Procurement teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposalsHelp organize and maintain the color library and archivesParticipate in color testing and sample reviewsPrepare visual materials for internal presentations (mood boards, samples, etc.)Attend trade shows and vendor visits when neededContribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree (or currently completing studies) in Fashion, Design, Art, or a related fieldPrevious internship or short experience in fashion, design, or product development is a plusStrong interest in colors, materials, and fashion trendsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishGood organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a team and communicate effectivelyBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator is a plusWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to travel occasionallyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceFlexible Work From Home policy – up to 40% of your working weekA chance to grow within a global leader in the eyewear industryA supportive and inclusive culture that values creativity, diversity, and teamworkWho We areMarchon Eyewear, Inc. is one of the world\'s largest manufacturers and distributors of quality eyewear and sunwear.
