Description:We are seeking talented individuals to join our Affinity team in Milan.This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.The Affinity Segment of Marsh serves groups of individuals with similar insurance characteristics and needs, generating revenues of up to $25 million.Our Affinity Team plays a crucial role in helping clients analyze their needs, identify similar insurance schemes, and develop customized solutions for their specific risk profiles.Job Description:Identify and agree on strategies for managing client risk, financing, and insurance needs.Support and manage a diversified client portfolio.Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business, strategy, and objectives.Assist clients in managing, analyzing, and evaluating insurable risks.Reporting and Development:Implement strategies to achieve growth objectives while providing exceptional client service.Contribute to commercial development activities.Effectively monitor and utilize management software.Requirements:Graduate degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, Social Science, International Relations, or related fields.Good knowledge of English (B2) and Italian (C1).Good knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and main computer tools.Interest and curiosity in Risk Management.Other Information:This opportunity is part of a Graduate Programme with an initial paid internship, leading to an apprenticeship.Location: MilanMarsh is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and flexible work environment.
