I'm looking for a Buyer Specialist - fixed contract, who will be responsible for respecting the project schedule, managing procurement, and all activities related to supply chain management.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Implement the QMS in the area of responsibility
Shared responsibility for respecting the project budget, product cost, and tooling cost
Define the Supply Chain for new components, sub-assemblies or complete products
Responsible for the cost of new components, sub-assemblies or complete products purchased, as well as the cost of the necessary tooling
Responsible for respecting the project schedule (delivery of components) during the various project phases
Responsible for the preparation of Project Purchasing documentation
Responsible for the selection of suppliers in a global multi-functional environment (Purchasing, Quality, Procurement, R&D), in line with the Global Strategy
Ensuring the qualification of new suppliers via the Hill-Rom certification process
Responsible for early involvement in supplier projects (ESI) to bring technical expertise during product development
Establish and implement energy performance assessment criteria in contract negotiations for energy-using products, equipment, and services
Inform suppliers that energy performance is a key evaluation criterion for purchases affecting significant energy uses
