What You’ll Do:

Kickstart your career by generating new leads and arranging client meetings to expand our recruitment services.
Progress into managing the full sales cycle, from closing deals to handling client accounts.
Develop expertise in business development while contributing to our international expansion efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and take ownership of their career growth.
Minimum 1 year in a sales role (B2C – B2B – SDR – BDR)
Experience with metrics, targets, and KPIs is beneficial
A proactive mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships.
An interest in relocating to Malta and committing to a long-term career with Archer.
