The role focuses on data analysis and performance monitoring to support decision-making and process optimization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, develop reports and dashboards, and contribute to the implementation of business intelligence tools to enhance commercial effectiveness.Main responsibilities:Data analysis and modelling to monitor and evaluate business performances within the Commercial area;Define reporting structure and systems for commercial KPIs to control commercial performances, optimize commercial processes and enhance data accuracy;Prepare periodic reports and presentations;Ability to develop new analysis / reports using business intelligence tools;Constantly alert internal stakeholders on major KPIs deviation to promptly evaluate corrective actions;Effective communication with internal stakeholders to clearly understand their goals and requirements;Oversee the implementation of new business intelligence systems / tools by cooperating with IT department;Constantly provide inputs to improve monitoring of commercial KPIs and commercial processesQualifications2/3 years of experience in Business Analysis;Business awarenessExperience in analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations to support and facilitate business decision making processesExcellent analytical skillsExcellent knowledge of the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint);Excellent knowledge of Power BI;Strong written and verbal communication skillsFluent knowledge of English language is required.
