Job DetailsThe Transformation Project Manager oversees transformation projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion within requirements, timeline, and budget. The role includes managing the Jimmy Choo collection calendar and supporting the S&OP maturity roadmap, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, production, and financial planning.PROJECT MANAGEMENTCollaborate with departments to identify and define projects for performance improvement and process optimizationAnalyze proposed projects for feasibility and priority; support in preparing business cases for approvalTrack project progress regarding timing, costs, and outcomesIdentify risks and mitigation plansFormalize project documentation (e.g., project charter, Gantt chart, risk analysis)Participate in cross-functional projects impacting JC Supply ChainCALENDAR MANAGEMENTFormalize and validate the JCF calendar for each collection based on HQ milestonesShare and update the calendar across JC Supply Chain departmentsSupport departments in planning internal timelinesMonitor progress, revising schedules as neededCommunicate progress, risks, and opportunities with HQINTEGRATED BUSINESS PLANNINGCollaborate with HQ to implement integrated S&OP strategies, aligning demand, supply, and financial plans.Analyze supply, production constraints, risks, and inventory optimizationIdentify process improvements and develop solutions for stronger S&OP processesLead projects to optimize inventory management and streamline processesPrepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to managementMaintain stakeholder relationships and monitor KPIsDevelop and maintain S&OP best practices and policiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fieldExtensive experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury fashionStrong knowledge of supply chain processesLeadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsTeamwork, time and risk management, and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in EnglishAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
