AtSimCorp Italiana, ourInformation Technology and Application Managed Services teamis the driving force behind everything we do. We’re not just keeping the lights on—we’re building, securing, and optimizing the systems that power our success.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services to our SimCorp Sofia clients, both internally and externally. From ensuring rock-solid system stability to safeguarding our infrastructure and streamlining operations, your work will enhance our daily functionality.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
At SimCorp Italiana, your role will be diverse and wide-ranging. You’ll be part of a team that ensures our clients and internal systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Client Services & Application Support:

Be the go-to expert forSimCorp Sofia clients, providing reliable support across application management, SaaS environments, and scheduler monitoring.
Dive intotechnical analysisfor new clients and projects, and contribute topre-sales activitieswith your insights.
Facilitate client installations, migrations, and upgrades, promoting seamless transitions.
SupportVPN and client connectivity, and assist withSimCorp Sofia Business Services.
Collaborate with development and consulting teams toset up and maintain test environments.
Deliverbusiness support services, includingreporting and Microsoft Power BI solutions.

IT Infrastructure & Internal Systems:

Take charge ofSimCorp Italiana’s IT systems, including domain and Active Directory, virtual infrastructure (on-prem and Azure), and virtual machines.
Manage key services likeWSUS, Citrix, antivirus, and productivity tools likeMicrosoft Office.
Overseehardware and software assets—from servers and PCs to printers, phones, and more.
Ensure robustnetwork storage, backups, business continuity, anddisaster recoverystrategies.
Administernetwork services such as DHCP/DNS, switches, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi.
HandleIT supplier relationships, including vendor selection, contract management, and performance oversight.
Provideinternal IT support, helping colleagues resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.

WHAT WE VALUE

Extensive knowledge of hardware, TCP/IP, Windows Server, Active Directory, and client‑server architecture.
Proficiency in English.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience with SimCorp Sofia administration, Citrix, MS Azure, networking, MS Office administration, and scripting (VBS, PowerShell).
