Job Description:
Design and implement a comprehensive dealer network strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives in Europe, with a focus on Italy.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential dealership locations, understanding local consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitor networks.
Identify and evaluate prospective dealer partners based on financial strength, operational capabilities, market presence, and brand alignment.
Lead negotiations with potential dealers, including contract terms, standards, and investment commitments.
Oversee onboarding, ensuring dealers meet brand standards and are equipped with necessary resources.
Ensure dealerships comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines, including facility design, operational processes, and customer experience.
Conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance and quality across the network.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in dealer network development, sales, or business development within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of establishing and managing dealer networks in Italy or similar markets.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Deep understanding of the Italian automotive market, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
