Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Italy Management System Certification PlannerPosting Date: 7 Jul 2025City: AnconaLocation:Ancona, IT; Genova, IT; 16128 Torino, IT; 10144 Venezia, IT; 30175 Roma, IT; 144Contract Type: PermanentLevel of experience: IntermediateRINA is recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its offices in Ancona, Genoa, Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin (ITALY) within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.MissionThis role focuses on certification audits planning. #LI-MC1Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.Manage and contribute to development of planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across schemes.Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.EducationHigh School Diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to see the big picture and interpret situations effectively.Ability to build trust across departments and outside the organization.Focus on client needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction.Openness to diverse opinions and ideas to earn trust.Effective decision-making skills, prioritizing activities and resources.Emotional intelligence to recognize and regulate emotions.Embrace change and adapt proactively.Promote sustainable development by acting as a role model.Think ahead and translate experiences into future actions.RINA is a multinational company providing services across energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
