OverviewRINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its office inAncona, Genoa, Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin (ITALY)within theMediterranean & Africa CertificationDivision.MissionThe role is focused on certification audits planning. #LI-MC1Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.Managing and contributing to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes.Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams / functions to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.EducationHigh School Diploma / GEDBachelor’s Degree in OtherQualifications3-5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.CompetenciesADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsPIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstancesPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futureRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
